19-ICML, HOTEL ROOMS BOOKING PROCEDURE FOR GROUPS:

• October 13th, 2025 - October 23rd, 2025: PREBOOKING FORMS COLLECTION
  Companies are invited to contact info@amiconiconsulting.ch to receive the prebooking form to be completed and sent back within October 23rd, 2025 (23:59 CEST).
• October 24th, 2025 - November 17th, 2025: ALLOCATION OF PREBOOKINGS
  Allocation of rooms among companies who have successfully submitted a valid prebooking request.
• From November 18th, 2025, onwards - OPENING OF GENERAL BOOKINGS

All the requests will be answered on a first come first serve basis.

HOTEL ROOMS BOOKING FOR INDIVIDUAL ATTENDEES

The individual booking process starts on February 1st, 2026.
