Internet connection test

Once logged-in in the Platform you will have the possibility to test your internet connection in order to be sure that your connection is strong enough for a good streaming experience.

Q&A/Poll tool

In sessions with live Q&A/Polls, you can submit your questions/replies by using the chat tool on the right of the live streaming page related to the session you are following.

My Program

This tool allows you to set your calendar with the sessions you are interested in.

You will find here every session you marked as “favorite” by clicking on the star icon when visiting the Scientific or Industry Programs.

Help desk

If you need any assistance, an Help desk is accessible from the Platform by clicking on the red operator icon, that is always displayed regardless of the Platform page you are visiting.

Assistance will be given through a one-to-one live chat with ICML staff.
