Five rooms are available in Palazzo dei Congressi for private meetings on a daily basis, from 07:30 to 21:30. No black-out times are scheduled (ancillary meetings can take place in parallel with the Scientific Program).

Rental fees include standard set up (chairs and tables in a boarding, U-shape or conference set up) and basic technical equipment (laptop, screen and beamer, audio system if necessary).

In case no options are available inside the Palazzo dei Congressi or if a location outside the Conference center is more suitable, Amiconi Consulting SA, our partner for accommodation and local services offers some meeting rooms located in hotels and in different locations of Lugano. The Exhibition takes place in the “Marquee Parco Ciani”, a temporary structure facing the lake and directly connected to Palazzo dei Congressi. The Marquee hosts the overflow area for the scientific sessions held in room B, the poster session, the commercial exhibition and the Conference socializing moments (lunch, coffee-breaks and farewell aperitif). Moreover, during the opening hours there will be a new 50’ time slot dedicated to a “Poster walk”, providing additional time to interact with our delegates.
The Satellite symposia will take place on Tuesday, June 15, and in the late afternoon of Wednesday, 16, Thursday 17 and Friday, 18: they will provide companies with the possibility to present important innovations and cutting-edge research to participants. The Symposia will be promoted through the Program Book, i.e. the final program of the Congress, and the Educational Book. Symposium programs will be available on this website and in the delegate’s bag.
Meeting rooms nr 1 – 10 (only available for 16-ICML sponsors) / SOLD OUT
Ten empty rooms are available to companies in Villa Ciani, a XIX century building facing the Lugano lake and directly connected to Palazzo dei Congressi. Some of the rooms are characterized by frescoed ceilings, original wooden floors and enchanting lake views: due to this peculiar location, furniture, technical equipment and food & beverage services must only be organized through our appointed partners.
Meeting Rooms nr 11 – 17 (only available for 16-ICML sponsors)
Six empty rooms of different sizes are available for rent by companies in "Il Ciani building", located in front of Palazzo dei Congressi, Viale C. Cattaneo, nr. 5, from June 15 to 19.
A set of tables and chairs can be requested and included in the rental fee.
All other kinds of furniture, technical equipment and food & beverage services must only be organized through our appointed partners.
Meeting Rooms nr 18 – 23 (only available for 16-ICML sponsors)
Six rooms, with a standard U-shape set-up for 16 persons and a basic technical equipment are available from Wednesday, June 16 to Friday, June 18 in the "Marquee Parco Ciani", directly connected to the Poster session and the Exhibition area.
Food & beverage services must only be organized through our appointed partners.
