If the maximum number of participants is reached (even before February 28, the deadline for early registration), registrations will be closed.

It is crucial to provide the correct e-mail address for each participant since the participant will access the Webcast service and the certificate of attendance with the same e-mail address.
***The group administrator may choose to collect conference material on behalf of participants or arrange individual pickups. The group administrator can schedule an appointment to collect the material by selecting the preferred option on the group registration form.

The supplementary Abstract Book of « Hematological Oncology » (John Wiley and Sons, Inc.) will be available on the Wiley Library website from June 9.
ICML participants will receive a certificate of attendance but no European CME credits will be awarded.
In order to start the group registration process, the group administrator must first create a MyICML account. The group registration procedure must then be finalized through the registration page. Using the MyICML it is also possible to submit an abstract, as of December 1.
Payments can be processed by bank transfer or by credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners). The registration fee is exempt from VAT.

The name of the group submitting a registration must be clearly stated on the bank transfer.
Confirmation of the group registration will be sent by e-mail after the payment is successfully processed.
The cancellation of a registration must be notified by February 12 by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any cancellations made by February 12 will receive a refund of 80% of the registration fee.
All refunds will be processed with the same payment method used for the registration:
- credit card refunds may take up to 2 weeks to be completed
- bank transfer refunds will be processed after the Conference
No refunds will be given on cancellations made after February 12.
If the ICML cannot be held for any reason, you are entitled to a refund in the amount of 80% of the registration fee. This shall apply in particular in the event of Force Majeure (i.e. Pandemic situation, risk to public health, disease, governmental laws, orders or restrictions, national or regional emergencies, fire, explosion, flood, earthquake, peril of the sea, strike or lockout, embargo, civil commotions, riots, wars, weather, strikes, labour stoppages or slowdowns or other industrial disturbances, shortage of adequate power, materials or transportation facilities or any similar cause beyond ICML organization’s reasonable control). The same applies in the event that the number of participants to the ICML has to be restricted for any reason and your registration is amongst the excluded registrations.
Furthermore, we may decide at any time to hold the ICML as a digital conference (i.e. without physical attendance). In such case your registration will be valid for the digital ICML and you will be entitled to a partial refund of your registration fee. The amount of the refund will be determined on the basis of the costs incurred for the organization of the 16th ICML, but it shall be at least 50% of the registration fee. The same applies in the event that the ICML is held as a hybrid event (i.e. with the option of physical attendance or digital participation) and you decide for the digital participation.
Lastly, in the event of cancellation, modification, limitation, postponement of the ICML, all services you have obtained from third parties (e.g. accommodation, ancillary services, leased spaces, etc.) shall be regulated exclusively by the agreement you have entered into with such third parties and by the cancellation clauses contained in such agreements. The ICML organizator shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage you should suffer in connection with such third party services. This means amongst others that with the registration to the ICML you confirm that any liability of the ICML organizator with respect to services you have booked with third parties is excluded, also in the event of cancellation, modification, limitation, postponement of the ICML.
Name changes can be performed at no additional cost and can be processed online until February 12 through the MyICML account. After February 12, each name change will incur a charge of CHF 200.-.

A reduced fee (TBD) is available for people living in developing countries.
For those requiring a letter of invitation to apply for a visa, a request can be made during the registration process providing the date of birth, passport information (number, expiry date, date and place of issue) and the length of stay in Switzerland.
The letter of invitation will be sent to the participant after receiving the payment for the registration fee.
Please note that an invitation letter does not commit ICML to any financial obligations.
As required by the current legislation on data protection, personal data are handled according to the values of rectitude, correctness and transparency.
Registration to ICML implies that participants agree to be contacted by the ICML Secretariat and its external affiliated partners for future communications regarding the Conference itself, to receive information concerning the 16-ICML Scientific Program, including parallel sessions, and only for reasons related to organizational and operational needs.
Based on their partnership agreement, the ICML Secretariat and AACR (American Association for Cancer Research) mutually advertize their events and may share all contact information of participants.
Nevertheless, participants have the possibility to exit the ICML Third parties mailing list. Should they choose to opt out, they will not be informed about scientific activities such as satellite symposia and exhibitions held during ICML days by our sponsors (industry program).
